L+S Baucon was commissioned to assemble the first wood-hybrid office building in the city of Frankfurt. With 8 floors and 14,000 m2 of office space, the Timber Pioneer offers a sustainable work environment. Wood, as the raw material of the future, also shines in the existing wooden construction through its contribution to climate protection and a healthy indoor climate for people. The challenge during assembly was to assemble the timber construction with visible quality, accurate to the millimeter and in a record time of 15 weeks.
