A new cross rail station has been built in Abbey Wood. The station’s wooden roof has a dimension of 50m x 55m and a surface of 1600 m and a total of 30 tones of steel. The station has the shape of a ray . The roof structure is a visually perfect combination of wooden beams and steel.
